1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Arsnovaa Studio, operated by Arsnovaa Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By authorizing or using Arsnovaa Studio, you agree to these terms and confirm that you have authority to connect the relevant Google Ads accounts.
2. Purpose and authorized use
Arsnovaa Studio is a business tool for controlled Google Ads reporting, diagnostics, recommendations, approvals, and authorized account operations. You may use it only for accounts you own or are authorized to manage, in compliance with Google’s terms, advertising policies, privacy requirements, and applicable law.
3. Account authorization
You remain responsible for Google account permissions, manager-account links, advertiser verification, billing, and the accuracy of instructions provided to Arsnovaa Studio. Access to a Google Ads account does not itself authorize Arsnovaa Studio to make changes; accounts must also be explicitly allowlisted by the owner.
4. Human control and budgets
Budget changes, campaign activation, account access, billing, conversion configuration, targeting expansion, and destructive actions require explicit human authorization under the applicable operating policy. Arsnovaa Studio does not guarantee that recommendations will be adopted or produce a particular commercial result.
5. Prohibited use
You must not use Arsnovaa Studio to:
- access or manage an account without permission;
- circumvent Google policies, account limits, verification, or review processes;
- make unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or unsupported advertising claims;
- upload patient records, medical histories, or unrelated sensitive personal information; or
- probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the service or its credentials.
6. Google services
Google Ads and Google APIs are third-party services governed by Google’s own terms and policies. Their availability, account decisions, verification requirements, quotas, and API behavior are outside our control. Arsnovaa Studio may suspend synchronization when authorization, data quality, policy, or service health is uncertain.
7. Security
You must protect login credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. We use access controls, HTTPS, encrypted OAuth-token storage, account allowlists, audit records, and encrypted backups, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Availability and changes
Arsnovaa Studio may be updated, limited, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, Google API changes, or legal compliance. Features may remain disabled until their safety and approval requirements are satisfied.
9. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, Arsnovaa Studio is provided on an “as available” basis. Advertising outcomes depend on factors beyond the system’s control. Recommendations are decision support, not guarantees of revenue, ranking, conversions, medical outcomes, or regulatory compliance.
10. Limitation and responsibility
Users remain responsible for reviewing recommendations, approvals, budgets, creative claims, landing pages, and account changes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for security risk, unauthorized use, policy violations, revoked Google authorization, or legal requirements. An authorized user may stop using the service and request disconnection and deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
